Challengers - 4/18-4/30/11

Hi Roxie,

I spelled Challengers right this week, LOL. I didn't even notice I spelled it wrong last time until like a week later.

Yesterday was a rest day. Sunday was the Warrior Dash. It was so much fun. I will definitely try to do one of those again. Today ended up being a rest day too. Woke up this morning in a sulky mood and just could push myslef to workout. Plan on getting up bright and early tomorrow and getting one in.

Good Morning Jean,

Monday I did KCMs Split Sessions Upper Body Split and now my core is really sore then last night I walked on the TM for 35 mins and tonight is Split Sessions Lower Body Split. Hope you get out of your mood soon.
 
Today is a much better day. Got up, ran 1 mile on the TM and then did Chest and Back. This is the start of week 11 of P90X. Only 3 more weeks to go. Hope you like your new workouts.

Hi Roxie,
Yesterday I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and 3/4 of Ab Ripper X. This morning was Shoulders and Arms followed by all of Ab Ripper X.

Not sure what our plans are for the holiday weekend. I hope I can get a workout or two in though. Have a Happy Easter.

Tonite for me is KCMs KBXing, I would like to try her TLC but I have to many things to do tonite to learn a new workout so I will just stick to one I know. You are doing great with your workouts keep up the good work and HAPPY EASTER.

Hope you had a nice Easter. Ours was kind of boring. I planned on gettingup this morning to workout, but storms came through and I didn't get much sleep so I just didn't have the energy.

Hopefully I will get something in tomorrow morning.
 
Didn't get up again yesterday. Today I have done Ab Ripper X and tonight will either do Legs and Back or go for a jog.

Good Afternoon Jean,

Easter was nice for me my sister and her husband and kids came down and brought my mom with them and my kids were there, the weather held out so we could go outside. My oldest DD and I went for a 2 mile walk after everyone left. Monday night I did KCMs KBXing and then last night I did KCMs Split Sessions lower body and tonite I wanted to go for a walk but the weather isn't cooperating cold and windy. Glad to hear you finally got a workout in. I am not someone who likes to get up early and workout I prefer to sleep.

Today for me is KCMs Split Sessions upper body split and then later I will go for a walk. Taking a couple of days off to enjoy what is left of DHs vacation.
 
Last night I managed to get it my jog. It included 800meters/400meters sprint/jog. That was hard. The total workout was about 1 hour. Was suppose to Legs and Backtoday, but slept right through my work out time. Your Easter sounds nice.

Never got in my weight workouts. Yesterday was running class. We did it at the track and did the 800 meters run/400 meters walk x 5 times. For a total of 4 miles.

Last night we had husband's niece and her husband and dd and her husband over for dinner. It was great to get to visit.

Good Afternoon Jean,

I didn't get a workout in yesterday spent the morning in ER with youngest DD asthma problems then I had to grocery shop and then DH and I planted some flowers. Today was DHs birthday and the kids came over and we fixed crab and chicken now everyone including DH is gone so I might get myworkout in later but I need to clean house. I just pre-ordered Cathe's new workouts so I can't wait to get them really didn't want cycle max but it saved me shipping.

This week is plugging along. I did get in 45 minutes on the TM yesterday. May do something tonight. I will probably run tomorrow again and then I have a 5K on Saturday. Hope your DD is OK.

I haven't order the new DVD's but I know I will. I will order th spin too to save on shipping too.

Monday I did KCMs Train Like a Contender Boxing and then tonite I went for a 2 mile walk and then KCMs 30min to Weights. DD is still coughing but she is on breathing treatments and prednisone so hopefully she will get better soon.
 
Hi Roxie,
Glad to hear DD is doing better.

This morning was 60 minutes jogging for me. The rest of my day has sucked. One of my dogs has been limping so today she had an appointment at the specialist's office. Lab work says she is in kidney failure so she will be spending the next couple of days at the vet to see if she is gong to improve.

Last night I did KCMs 30 min to wts. Legs, Chest, Back and Abs. Tonite will be a walk in the park and then KCMs KBXing. Hope your dog gets better its sad to see our pets suffer.
