Today is another treadmill workout for atleast 45mins(while watching An Officer and a Gentleman;)), then im doing PUB. Love that one!

Today was 30 min out with the dogs (mostly jogging). Glad I got it in this morning, because the doms from yesterday are starting to creep in.

Yesterday I was excited because the scale said I had lost 2.5 of those extra 3 pounds that jumped on me from Easter weekend. Today it's back up, so I will try to drink tons of water.

Jean...The scale drives me mad, try not to let it drive you mad. I haven't weighed in a while, I think i will start weighing in once a month. Great job on your 2.5lost, im sure the water will flush it out agian!

Whoops I forgot to mention, i took the childs to see Aliens VS Monsters today (or is it vice versa?) Not a bad flick, it has a PG rating and I thought it might not be great for little kids, but it was fine. However, i shared the eating of 50 million pounds of popcorn. GRRRR But how can you go to the movies without eating popcorn? I ask you.

Jean i am looking forward to plyo legs. I did part of disc 26 last week. I did it without weights. It was fun!

Roxie: Hope your DD is okay.

Andrea: My son has been asking to see that movie. Maybe I'll take him next week during his spring vacation from school.

AndreaH glad to see you back from vacation and being ill.


Yesterday I did last disc for legs on Meso 2. I like the tri sets they go by real fast.
Today I am going for a short walk with the puppy. I am not sure what other cardio I will get in. I worked last night ( I am tired insert yawn smiley) and I have to go grocery shopping and DS has soccer practice later today.

Busy, busy,busy.:)
 
Good Morning,

Last I talked to DD she was still having diarrhea, but the stomache cramps weren't as bad. I went out and cleaned some more on the kids house instead of working out and then I was so tired from the nite before that I went to bed early. Tonite I will make up burn circuit 2. Its my understanding the kids can move home Sunday so HIP HIP Hooray!!!

Andrea-you can never go to the movies and not eat popcorn.

I may start going out in the eveings for an extra cardio...like a dog walk or a short run. I think it will help with my weight lost. I just read that the contestants on TBL workout 4hrs a day...i can do atleast 90mins a few days a week.

Today is 4DS BC or KB and 4DS Legs(not looking forward to those low plan lunges:confused:) i will also do some abb work. Im walking my doggie this eveing too(extra cardio)

How is everyone today? Any special plans this weekend?

Nothing going on here,just relaxing. Where taking the kids fishing tommorrow but thats about it.

Well the chocolate has won! I'm officially FAT!:mad::mad::mad:

Todays workout was the cardio section from Cardio and weights, followed up the Fat Burner from Chalean. Tonight I did the "Reach" dvd again. Quite like that, get a sweat happening. I have have have to eat clean! The older I get the harder it is to shift the pounds so I can't afford to slip like I did over easter. However, at this stage I'm not depressed, just bloody angry with myself and determined to shift it!!

However, and this is going to sound gross and I apologise in advance, the pop corn went straight through! That was a good. LOL Maybe I need to take a laxative? Funny that the popcorn moved out but the chocolate stayed! GRRRRR

Andrea: You are just to funny!! Yeah, I wish the chocolate would just move on out of me too! I know what you mean about your body refusing to move. I have been dragging all week. I am so glad next week is my active recovery week.

Amelia: Those low plane lunges are so hard! The leg workout I did on Wed.
had low plane lunges as the last exercise. I was shaking and burning!LOL

I am off to do the last disc in Meso 2, back and bis.
 
Okay, WO done. I did Disc 24 back and bis. My biceps were shaking. I am finding it difficult to type this. I also wanted to watch a bit of plyo legs disc 29. I ended up doing 20min. of the WO. WOW! the plyo leg WOs are a lot of fun. I modified by using lower step heights than Cathe. I am only 5 feet and I just can't jump that high!:eek:

Gotta run, (not really as my legs are like jello!)
 
workout done. 4DS KB+Legs,core and then jumped on the treadmill for a mile. Burned 668cals...Awesome:);).

Andrea-Still need some help getting out of the chair? im sure you'll turn around that anger over the easter treats into some kick a$$ workouts;)

Well today's workout is done it was disc 27 Shoulders, bi's and tri's. It uses heavy weights in tri-sets that you do 8 reps for a total of 4 sets. By the fourth set that 8th rep is a killer.

Sounds like we did pretty good getting our work outs in this week. Keep up the good work. My weight is holding steady. Trying to be good with the eating, but it is so hard. Easter candy is almost gone. Well mine is gone, but now I'm eating DH's, LOL.

Good Afternoon,

Didn't have time to check in this morning. Haven't done an official workout I have been at DDs the last two nites cleaning floors woodwork and tonite we are moving furniture. Hope to start getting my life back to normal.

Were taking the kids fishing today. Were gonna stop by subway and bring it to the lake.(which will be the majority of my carbs for the day:rolleyes:)

Don't know if I will be able to work out today if things go well the kids could be sleeping in their own house tonite so depending on what time we get done over there I might be able to do something.

Today was 3+ miles outside steady jog. Sure wish I could increase my speed. Felt good, but legs are feeling tired. Tomorrow will be a rest day. I managed to do something 6 days this week. Now to keep the momentum going.
