Been really busy, but I've been getting my workouts in. Yesterday was I did th efit test again and a short jog in the morning and Chest, Shoulders and Triceps last night. Tonight I did Plyometrics.

How's your week going?

Today was back and Biceps followed by Ab Ripper X. My arms are still feeling weak and that was over 6 hours ago.

Last night I walked on the TM for 35 mins and tonite I did Ellen Barrets Zen Sculpt and some Zumba on the wii.

Yesterday was super busy and today doesn't look much better, so no workouts. Hopefully things will settle down and I'll be able to squeeze something in.

Good Morning Jean,

I didn't get a workout in last night either the weather was crappy and it was really cold so DH and I snuggled under a blanket and watched a movie. Tonite is Ellen Barrett something not sure which one yet. Hope things calm down for you.
