Today is 4ds kickbox then legs + calves and core. May do core first, thinking ph core.

Roxie-how did it go yesterday with your workout? Did your knee hurt?

I finished my workout. Decided on 30mins of bm2 timesaver then 4ds lowerbody workout then PH abbs. total time was 1:16mins and 609 burned. It was a good workout. I increase my weight with the leg press and squats and my HR stayed elevated through all the leg workout.

ive got to go outside and clean up a bit, the kids and there friends has got crap all over the yard and its getting on my nerves.

Roxie, how's the knee and how did the meeting the new boyfriend go?

Today was jogging. It was Cardio Press Play Saturday yesterday, but I never got around to it so I did it today. I jogged for 1hr and 6 minutes. Did not go as far as I hoped, but I did jog the whole time. Hope to get in weights tomorrow. I already warned DD that I will be in the game room at 4:15 so she better not sleep in there unless she wants to get woken up.
