Well I guess everyone is getting ready for the upcoming holidays. Well make sure you are getting your workouts in too.

This morning was 30 minutes jog/walk with the dogs. I had to go to work early, so it was really hard to get up and work out at 3:30am, but I wanted to make sure I got something in. Tomorrow is suppose to be legs I think.

Hope everyone's week is off to a great start.

TTOM started tonite so I went easy on the cardio and abs. I did GS Chest and Tri premix, then shape abs and TJ 20 minute cardio party.

GS Chest and Tris Stats:

0 in the zone
98 min hr
139 max hr
100 cals burned.

Shape Abs:
4 min
0 in the zone
91 min hr
104 max hr
11 cals burned.

TJ stats:
20 min
16 in the zone
140 min hr
161 max hr
123 cals burned.

:eek::eek::eek: Jean!! 3:30AM:eek::eek::eek: that is dedication. I am not a morning person. Getting up at 5AM is difficult never mind 3:30. Wasn't it dark?

I did C&W from the Intesity series. It has been a long time since I've done that one the way it was filmed.

Tonite for me is 4ds LIS step only. I am seeing some amazing results in my mid section from this rotation I love Debbies workouts.

Hey girls

I woke up this morning thinking i was going to take a rest day,but i just couldn't stop thinking about all the food im eating thursday...soooooo, i did a 30min run interval then 4ds chest & back. Burned 460in all.

Yesterday i did a 40min run interval and burned 480.

Roxie congrats on seeing results. It's great when your hard work pays off.

Today I got up and tried Plyo legs. I know I did it before(5 months or so ago), but this morning was hard. I had to pause and then pause again and again. I only made it through 1/2 hour. I guess i need to work on these type of exercises. Need to figure out some calorie burners to do over the next couple of days. Got to counter balance those holiday calories.

I know everyone will probably be busy over the next couple of days so I'm wishing each of you and your families a very Happy Thanksgiving. I am thankful for having this support group to help keep me accountable.

Today will be 4ds LIS/bic & tric's...need to do that pilates core work first(or i will never get through it:confused:)

scale is back down to what it was sunday morning,thank goodness. Im sure it will shoot back up friday morning after tomorrows meal:rolleyes: Stinking water weight....

Tonite for me is GS standing leg work and PLB floor work and SJP if I have time I also want to do some abs. I am getting off work early today to go get my tags renewed. I didn't get last nites workout in TTOM hit hard again yesterday.

Amelia-congrats on the wt. loss and Happy Thanksgiving to you to and I to am thankful for all the support you guys have given me in the last couple of months.

Hi everyone. This morning was chilly, but I took the dogs out for a jog/walk for about 30 minutes. Then I did 30 minutes of Hard Core Extreme. Burned over 500 calories between the 2 workouts. Making a little dent for tomorrow, LOL.

workout finished! Did core first then 4ds LIS + shoulders(skipped calves) i was so tired. Im definitely taking a rest day tomorrow. 60mins and 450 cals.

I wanted to run in a 5K today, but didn't want to drive to one of the neighboring cities that was having one. So instead I got up and run one by myself. Well I wasn't exactly by myself, there was one other runner at the track. He came in first,LOL.

293 cals burned. A little disappointed in the cal burn wanted more.

i did CCV7 this morning and it kicked my bootie, burned 560 in 1:08mins. Love the stretch at the end...

Today is a cardio and 4ds biceps & triceps. Not sure what im doing for cardio yet,bbl
 
Hey girls,

Had a nice Thanksgiving. I cooked a turkey just for the 4 of us then we drove an hour and a half to bring leftovers to my MIL. She hasn't been feeling well.

Roxie: great cal. burn on LIS. Wow! your HR really gets up there.

Amelia: I've done black Friday shopping in Boston only once. I thought I was going to be trampled on. Very scarey.:eek: I am not a big shopper so I am not sure how my friend talked me into it in the first place.:confused:

Hi Jean and Andrea!

This morning I did LIS cardio with 2 risers and then jumped rope doing 20sec continous jumping then 10sec break. I did this for about 10min. I then did the med ball abs from ab circuit dvd. I burned 294cal. I used 2 riseres fro LIS to get a better cal burn and still only burned 178.:confused:

On Wed I did LIC with 2 risers and burned over 300 cals.I hadn't done that one the way it was filmed in a long time.

I am thinking of doing a circiut type rotation until Christmas. Maybe I'll get my new shock cardio DVDs and be able to incorperate them as well. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

No to the Black Friday shopping for. DD went to Warlmart at 5:00am and said the whole parking lot was totally full. People were walking in from neighboring lots. Our Walmart's parking lot is huge and is never full, so I don't know what they did once they got inside. DD turned right around and said forget it. One of our local malls opened at midnight. DD also had gone up there. One store had a 20 minute wait for the dressing room. When she came out of the dressing room and saw the line for purchasing she said it was not worth it.

I got up this morning to work out and found out that DD fell asleep on the couch in room where my workout area is. So no workout for me. I want to really get one in today to keep me on track. Wish me luck.

Andrea, do you have anything like Black Friday shopping in Australia? It is suppose to be a huge sale day to start the Christmas shopping. Ours falls on the first day after our Thanksgiving. It's more hassle than its worth to me anyway.

Good Afternoon,

Haven't done a workout yet today. Tonite will be GS back and bis and then SB 1,2,3 and MM abs. I haven't done the leg work yet tweaked my knee putting pepsi in the car Wed. felt something tear on the inside of my knee so I am kind of nervous about doing wts. on it. Today we are putting up the tree and I need to start cleaning house and do some baking. I am not a black Friday shopper don't like to get up that early.

I ended up doing 30mins of Step Blast yesterday followed by two rounds 4ds bi's and tri's...didn't make it all the way through, it was late and i was just not into it. burned 360...

Today will be a *whispers* rest day, i haven't had one in ten days so i guess its time. I peeked at the scale this morning and not too bad,up a couple of lbs.

Elaine-Glad to hear you had a nice Thanksgiving. I bet your MIL was thankful for her meal. Nice workout, im thinking about ditching my HRM,i get tired of it.

Roxie-Nice workout girl!

Good Morning,

Today I am going to do LM and attempt the leg workout but if my knee hurts I am going to stop. I have alot of cleaning to do and some baking before the kids come over tomarrow. Youngest DD is bringing her new boyfriend so I hope everything goes well she has had some bad luck in that department.

Amelia-enjoy your rest day sounds like you deserve one.
