Amelia: I'll have to check out that wo by KCM. It sounds a lot like the B&G premix I did the other day.

Jean: I hope your feeling better.

This morning I did Core Circuit. I only did the 34min. premix. Boy it was tough. I liked the music the best so far. The core part only totals to about 7mins. So the premix goes like this:
Round1
1. cardio blast 30sec. few sec rest there are3 blast for each round.
after the blasts you go right into core work. Barely any down time.
Round2-5
Same as round one but different type of cardio blasts.

The original version you do the cardio blast 2 times through( basts1,2,3 then 1,2,3 again) before you do the core work.

So I did the premix and then did Namaste yoga for about 10min. I burned 209cals.

I will definitly have to work up to this wo.
 
Good Morning,

My workouts this week have been very sporadic that is what happens when I don't follow a rotation and when DH is out of town, I spend my evenings talking to him on the computer. Tonite I want to do Ellens Burn and Firm Pilates.

Elaine-the eye is feeling much better haven't tried to put the new contacts back in yet. I won Step Moves on ebay and recieved it last night after previewing it I think I can do it. I also won Travel Fit but don't have it yet.
 
This morning I did it. I got up and worked out. Sinus problems are strarted to lift. I did 40/20 Hiit. Probably not what I should have started off with, but I think I'm going to try the STS Weight an Cardio rotation. I didn't feel like doing weights so I started with the first cardio disc and just jumped in there. I burned over 300 calories in 30 mins and that was with modifications. How they do all those jumps with so many risers I'll never know. I only used 1 riser except for the butt kicks.

Roxie sorry to hear about your eye incident. Hope it is getting better. Have fun with the new workouts.

Amelia, nice workouts. You are really burning some calories.

Elaine the Core circuit sound good. Are you doing the 3 month rotation?

Hey girls,quick check in for me...got tons to do before the kids get home.

Just finished my workout, did 25mins of Yoga then LIC upperbody circuit premix...it was fun and tough. Burned 550 in 1:20 minutes.

I just finished my workout. Did a 30min run interval then Sara Ivanhoe weightloss yoga, really liked it that dvd. I got it from the library today...i may go ahead and purchase it. It was only 20mins but she is constantly moving,she doesn't hold poses for very long. Great for a 'slap-on' workout.I burned exactly 400 in total.

Jean-AWESOME workout yesterday and im glad your sinuses are clearing up.

This morning I did Ellen Barretts Slo-Robics and Crunch Firm and Burn Pilates by EB.

Amelia-I believe on All Star Workouts Sara Ivanhoe does yoga. You really need to look into Firm and Burn it was awesome I burned 260 cals for 45 min and I didn't know the workout that well so I probably could have burned some more.
 
Roxie-Ive got two Ellen barrett workouts ready to record and one Sara Ivanhoe yoga workout ready. There coming on sometime in the next few days, can't wait to do them. Unfortunately DH wants to switch to comcast so im not sure how much longer i will have fittv:( I will check out that workout...

Im not sure what todays workout will be. Ive thought about doing muscle max, But im such a cardio junkie...i always feel like i have to do cardio in every workout:rolleyes:

I didn't sleep very well last night, for some reason my anxiety is through the roof lately:(. Just worried about everything.

Today will be Ellen's Yogini and then I need to get my nails done and then grocery shop.

Amelia-buying a house or shopping for a house always gets your anxiety up.
 
Hey girls I just thought I would stop in and say HI!

No Wo for me yesterday or today. I did take a nice walk with DH and the puppy yesterday. I plan on taking another walk this morning. Later this after noon my DS(8) has a school project to work on so I will be busy helping/supervising him. It amazes me how at 8 the teachers expect the kids to do their research on line. What ever happend to books?

Jean: No I decided to wait to do the STS rotation. I am just getting use to the WOs and getting my eating in control. I do plan on doing the rotation in a month or two.

Amelia: I was the same way when we looked for a house. It is very stressful. Try to relax and take your time looking.

Roxie: I no longer have FitTV. I am going to see if I can acquire some DVDs of EB & KCM by trading on VF.
 
Workout done. Decided on MM and i was shaking towards the end. Im fried:confused: burned 450 in 1:14mins. DH wants to go to applebee's for supper so im thankful they have those 550 calorie meals. they look yummy on the website:D

Thanks Ladies...I think if i keep my eating under control and try not to stress eat i will feel better. Its a deadly cycle for me..stress,then eat,that feel bad, then eat some more....:confused:

Elaine-Ive got some dvd's that i may put on VF too...maybe i will see you on there. Good job getting in your walks,love walking.

Roxie-sounds like you have a nice day planned...i need to get a manicure myself. Maybe soon...
