Chalean's Get on the Ball?

I have this. It cardio and abs in one routine. I don't clearly remember how it's formatted but there is some cardio using the ball and I think some cardio with out it (classic TJ stuff) as well and then the final section is abs using the ball.

It's fun and a nice ab routine but not KILLER.

Hopefully someone who has done it more recently then I have can give you more specific details on it then I could...Anyone?
