i do have that problem of rounded shoulders seems like when i do ab hits it makes it worse except for the planks do not bother my shoulders i notice certian exercises hunge me over giving bad posture sometimes too much cardio does that

Is this a question? If so, what is the question?

I'll take a stab at this anyway:

Just rounding over during an exercise that requires that movement (like doing some ab work) won't give you bad posture overall, it will just look like it during the movement.

I have no idea what to say about planks not bothering your shoulders, because I don't understand what you're refering to in this context (pain? rounding?)

But if you are rounding forward during other exercises that don't use that posture (like when doing standing upper body work, for example, or lunges and squats), that is more a sign of you having or encouraging your bad posture, not that the exercises themselves cause the bad posture. As for too much cardio giving you bad posture, it's the same situation, IMO: if you are using bad posture while doing the exercises, and not doing enough resistance work for the muscles you need to strengthen, and stretching for those that need to be more flexible, it can lead to bad posture or just be a sign that you already have bad posture.

Overworking the chest/anterior delts in relation to the rear shoulder and upper back can cause bad posture, as can many muscle imbalances (especially when one muscle group is too tight, like chest, and the opposing muscle group is too flexible, like upper back).
