Thanks again for EVERYTHING!! You'll never know what this means to me.
I haven't had a chance to do the workout YET, but I made my playlist (including Steady State 3 from V5 right before the added challenge) and I'm going to do it on Thursday. The service for my DFIL is Tuesday and hopefully I'll be rested and ready to take it on by then. And I'll be thinking of each one of you during those challenges.
So someone (or someONES) must have told Sean what was going on because I got a very sweet and thoughtful email from him. Thank you.

Nan - I know just what you mean about feeling hungry after PP! This isn't a workout I like to do when weight loss is my goal.
