CCPP Saturday

i can FINALLY join you guys again! YAY! unfortunately, it won't be on the treadmill as i am still banned from running. http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_5_20.gif

i will do it on the elliptical. i did volumes 2 and 7 today. they were really fun! i REALLY like 7 and am glad i got it. the second challenge is fun and tough. 10 level 3/4 sprints and hills (5 of each) with 30 seconds of rest in between. whew!
 
Kelly - CCPP is the Cardio Coach Press Play workout and a bunch of people from the Cathe forums "get together" and do it on the last Saturday of every month. It's fun to know that we're all doing the same workout together, especially since that workout was designed to be used that way. It's quite inspiring:)
 
Oh bummer. I don't have that workout. Maybe I will have to look into getting it before tomorrow...because it sounds like a ton of fun!
 
you should get it. it gives you a litle "taste" of all the other workouts and the money goes to a really good cause.
 
I think it's the perfect introduction to CC workouts. (It was mine!) Like Lorie said, it really gives you a taste of what they're all like.

Lorie--I LOVE that challenge! I actually bought volume 7 because I knew it'd be on there! Sometimes I use that challenge as an add-on to another cardio workout. I really push hard on that challenge with the sprints and hills.

it was my first as well (thanks for the enabling, shelley!). after that one, i had a better idea of what CC was and the different kinds of challenges. i do think 7 is my favorite. although, for treadmill, i'm grace all the way!!! i don't like doing CC on the TM.
 
I am not a fan of Grace either. I also don't like being referred to as "Hey Guys!" during my workouts for the obvious reasons. ;-)
