Cathy, do you have a rotation to lean down the legs and the lower abs?

I'm such a big fan of yours, ever since Pure Strength. I have bought many, many of your workouts since then. I have just started visiting the forums and decided to post this question. I have such a hard time leaning down my legs and I can't seem to get rid of the lower ab pooch! It's driving me crazy! Please help. I love working out. I work out at least 5 days a week, 6 most times. I try to balance cardio and strength and throw in some Pilates and/or yoga when I'm able. So just tell me what rotation with your tapes I need to do to get rid of these big legs and pooch!
