Hey girls!
What's everyone doing today? I was up VERY early this a.m. because my little one couldn't stop coughing and then when she finally did get back to sleep I, of course, couldn't. So what did I do? I worked out of course! I did step blast - wow great cardio. I tried to make it through with four risers underneath my step - made it about half way. So today I'm definitely dragging but I'll make it. Eating has been pretty good - muscle milk, oatmeal, tofu stir fry for lunch, and a few bites of some healthy granola cereal that I can't think of the name of right now! I'm not sure what's for dinner - running low on food!
