I'm five months along and had ordered Cathe's weight vest to use as part of my STS routine (holding off on that until after the baby comes). Is it safe to use the vest now while walking perhaps?

Hi there. I don't really see why not as long as you can fit into it during these later months! I don't have a Cathe one but my DH has a guy's weighted vest that he uses to jump rope with and they can be very tight...is it adjustable?
ITA with Clarissa. I was just thinking of this during my "cardio" walking in place this morning as I really want the extra intensity, but can't handle the pounding in my lower back (I'm 7.5 months preggo).
