Cathe's step with soft top

Gobias

Cathlete
I see Cathe doesn't sell her stepper anymore online. Anyone know where to buy her step topper? I like her topper since the black material on the top is soft and felt-like.

However, mine is practically shredded off. I don't want a topper that has the hard plastic-y / rubber material like the high step.

Thanks.

I got mine from Sears online and it's the same as Cathes. It even came with one of her DVDs. Watch the shipping price though! I did a store pick up to avoid that!

If you live in a larger center, I bet you could find one used. I got mine on Craigslist and it was apparantly 14+ years old, but in fabulous shape. I also found a high step this week on Craigslist. I like recycling and things that were made awhile ago are (generally) put together to last much longer, IMHO.
Best of luck!

Thanks, I will check Sears out - didn't even think to look there.

I actually do live in a Large City and have been watching Craigslist for any Cathe items for over a year and nothing has come up (except a DVD here and there). But I will still monitor.

I found the High step plus 6 risers at GoodWill for $13! The funny thing is, my guy and I were riding around town on our motorcycle (what we do for fun) and pass GoodWill all the time. I had never been inside but the place is always crazy busy. We have driven by it hundreds of times and I even pass it on my way to work. For some odd reason, he said "Do you want to stop in?" And I said "sure". I immediately found the High Step and Risers (and it actually came with the regular step topper with the hard top, but I didn't want it and it would NOT fit on the motorcycle!). So, I had the High Step and 6 risers while on the back of the motorcycle. We have 2 side cases and 1 top case on the bike, but I still had to hold them. I just went to work and dropped them off until I could get them the next workday, but driving there we must have looked ridiculous.

And, agreed - items made long ago last so much longer. Everything is so cheap nowadays it amazes me. I just had a "Back in my day...." conversation about this the other night with friends.

Thanks.
