I would love to see a Cathe crossfit dvd. Crossfit is a multi-dimensional strength and conditioning program that blends weight training, gymnastics, cardio, and yoga with emphasis on muscle confusion and variation. I don't have all of the equipment that is used for some of the exercises (like rings) but I love the tabata squats and variations on pull-ups. Examples of the exercises and more information may be found at www.crossfit.com. Not trying to plug another fitness program as I am, and always will be extremely dedicated to Cathe and her programs. There are some elements of crossfit that I think fit Cathe very much and would love to see her take on it as everything Cathe does is the epitome of quality and professionalism and also kicks your butt!
