Today is rest day for me.

Today is long cardio day for me. KPC Plus CTX Kickbox. Am anxious to get this one over with!!!;)

Am going to have a little oatmeal and some black tea and get busy!

Holly, I can't believe you burned so many calories yesterday! What are your heart rate limits? I recently readjusted the limits on my monitor, and it now registers when my HR is 106(manually determined), prior to that it was 114. (monitor determined) I'm impressed!

Hey TK, I'm going down the shore Fri to look for a summer rental. We stay in Sea Isle every summer, and this year there's a big group of us. The shore is very wierd in the winter!!

Hi girls. I don't have Muscle Max so I subbed with MIS. I haven't done that one in a while so I forgot how hard it was. My muscles were twitching long before the end. Good workout.

Phyllis: the only time I get to the shore is in the winter. It was really quiet, especially on Friday. When I went out running I think the only vehicles I saw on the street were work trucks. DH and I used to have a place at the Delaware beaches but gave that up when we bought the boat. The boat is in the Chesapeake Bay so that's where we we spend weekends/vacations now. Can't remember when I last went to the shore in the summer!
