I agree with Gayle! WE ALL ROCK! I am holding out to see what Cathe's December rotation will be and will then make a choice to do either that or FF's Dec rotation... I don't have a lot of Cathe DVD's so will have to do the same and substitute, but until I win the lottery or max out a credit card, I will probably never have enough to do a Cathe (or any other Catheite) rotation as written! 
So, hope the December rotation rolls out soon and will be looking for you guys!
I'm going to try to start the 1RM testing too... I just have to clear a spot for my laptop so I don't have to print anything out... should work out pretty slick if I can just get myself to do them, but after reading the SNM posts about how important they are, I think I am going to take more stock in them!
