Cathe's May rotation

I started Cathe's May rotation yesterday and am not sure about one of the exercises in the Chest workout. Maybe it's something she does in Hardcore, but I still don't have that series.

Dips off of bench with legs elevated. If it were listed in the tricep day, I'd know immediately what she's talking about. But since it's listed with chest, I'm confused.

Does anyone know?

Good for you for doing that rotation! I'm sure you're going to see some great results!
