Cathe's June Rotation - week 2- Friday- check in

Hi, how is everyone doing at the end of this week. I know this week has left me sore in every part I worked. Seems like after all these years that shouldn't happen. However, I am going lots heavier on these tapes, so that is a good thing. Yesterday I did all but the very last MIS set of pushups full body. Yay me!!

Today shoulders/abs and MIC step, later the pool.

Tomorrow I am traveling so it will be rest, and then I will double up on Sunday to catch up.

Hello June - er's. I'd like to join in. I just started with day 1 today. I was going to rest, but I looked back and realized my previous week had been kind of easy so, since Cathe has a rest day planned after 3 days of w/o's I decided to get going. I completed S&H Legs and CTX Step & Intervals. I got a BTR a few months ago and I'm trying the leg tapes with it. I used dumbbells for the pre-exhaust then got on the BTR for the squats, static lunges, plie squats and calf raises. I'm wondering how my legs will feel tomorrow. I only have access to a computer during the week, so I'll miss any weekend check-ins....

Yes, I agree that I have been more sore this week from this rotation. I really like doing the cardio after the weights. I was able to do a lot more pushups this workout. (Switched chest for shoulders, because of a substitution during the week).

I did PS Chest and MIS Chest, and Rhythmic Step warm up and MIC step cardio. I really like the blasts at the end of MIC. However, I am still not a big fan of the sashays (sp?). But still a good workout. I have gotten so accustomed to the up and back and jumping jack move from IMAX 2 that I got mixed up every time she did it in MIC with a basic after it.
