Good evening!
today I did IMAX 2.WOW!
I did boot camp (78 min.)yesterday for my 50 min. brisk walk. I wanted do do only cardio premix, but couldn't find the time lengh on it.Can someone please tell me how long the premixes are on boot camp? Thanks Belinda

I got IMAX 2 done last night. I may take a rest day today my legs are tired, I'll see how I feel tonight. I don't know how long the premixes are for Boot Camp, I only have it on tape not dvd. Kim
