Cathe's Customer Service?

I ordered a bunch of DVD's back in March and one of them was the Rhythmic Step, MIC and Imax DVD. My order totaled $294 and at that time, I rec'd everything except the DVD listed above. A slip of paper was attached to my invoice stating that it was on B/O and would ship when they rec'd it. I still have not rec'd the DVD. I emailed Customer Service about 3 weeks ago to find out when I'd receive it and they said "when in came in". I still have not rec'd it. I emailed them on Friday and now the response is this ...."we have no record of you ordering that item". I'm quite upset, as this has been on my charge card since March and I do not have the DVD.

What is Cathe's customer service like? I am newer to Cathe and I'm hoping I don't have to worry that I paid for something I'll never receive.
 
So I take it you didn't keep your receipt? Just call them back & state your case. I have personally never had a problem with their customer service. I remember receiving a DVD by mistake, they told me to keep that one & sent me the one I originally ordered. I gave that one, which was BSBF to a friend & turned her into a Cathe fan. She has since ordered more from her.

Anyway, just call, don't fret! But I can see how you're upset. That is a good DVD. Also, if you have the sum on your credit card statement, ask them to verify what they sent out to you & match the amount including shipping with what was sent to you & what was billed.

SNM always sends email confirmation of all orders. You should always keep them in your inbox until the entire order ships. If you did, you can send it right back to them as proof that you ordered and ask again when it will be available for delivery.

I just ordered this DVD and another and they are supposed to be here tomorrow. Sounds like I'm going to get that piece of paper too. I'll let you know if I get the actual DVD.

I ordered this DVD a few weeks ago and received it just fine. There must be a mis-understanding or something with your order.

The customer service is very easy to work with usually, I'm surprised your are having problems.
 
Got my order today and Rhythmic step DVD is backordered. I just went through this with KPC/L&G DVD, but I finally got it. I think it took a month to come in.

I have never had any trouble with Cathe's customer service. I've been ordering from Cathe for about 5 years and only had one problem and that was taken care of right away. Maybe you should call them.

There is not a number to call. I called the number on the website and they are ONLY an ordering service line. There is not a number for customer service. I have sent 3 more emails with no response. Maybe they're are just busy and I should be patient.
 
No, it's not just you. I had problems with SNM recently myself. Took them 3 days to finally respond to emails. I ended up canceling the order I was afraid of not getting the dvd's and they had already charged my card. They still took two more weeks before they finally refunded my money on my card. Sent me an email apologizing for the delay!!!!!!! Good Grief. That kind of customer service is unexcuseable.

I ordered my Cathe's from Collage with no problems. Now, I have ordered from SNM in the past with no gliches but it seems the staff is not on the ball in the last few months and several people have had problems with orders.

Cathe's are also available on Amazon.com now too.

But ALWAYS print out your completed invoice when ordering on the internet. It is your only proof. Do not neglect this step.
