Cathe's Ab Workouts: Lordy,lord,lord,lord....

I got through about ten minutes of the ab work in Maximum Intensity Strength and had to stop! My form is getting better on obliques because Cathe doesn't do them at a break neck pace like the Firm. In fact, I think ALL of the ab work is too fast in Firm tapes, with the exception of Firm Strength and Vol. 6. When I do these segments I can really concentrate on my form.

The ab work in the "Wedding" video is no joke, either. Well, I know my workout goal for 2001-2002: get through an entire Cathe tape without collapsing! LOL!

I'm smart enough to take it slooooooooooow ;-)
 
How about PS Strong Legs & Abs?

I did this tape for the first time last night - I've gotta tell you, she just ROCKS A WORKOUT!! I was laughing out loud during the triple raise crunches..She says "1st floor, 2nd, 3rd-and back. Hey, don't go all the way back to the Main floor there!"
I spoke out loud to her at that moment that it is not fair to make us laugh so hard on top of all the hard work we do!!!
