Cathe, your routine and diet for this series?

HI Cathe,

I know that you did this for the intensity series, but for the body blast series would you consider including a section which outlines your weekly routine and basic diet to achieve your current physique. You look fantastic. I hope you feel as good as you look. I have very much the same body type as you do but I would just like to get a little more cut and maybe drop 5lbs at the most. I think that this last 5 pounds is the most difficult. I'm 5'2 muscular, narrow hips, wear a size 4(loose), weight about 117-119, workout six days a week with your weight and cardio tapes. I workout plenty and am already fairly cut, but to reach my goals I think the diet is where I need to make changes. Just curious, do you find that without the clean eating you weigh about 5 pounds more. I guess I'm trying to figure out exactly how important the clean eating is to acheive the look that I want.
