Cathe: You said there are many ways to train "slow & heavy", so r/o

Cathlete
are there any plans for a "Slow & Heavy II Series"? (you made that comment in the "biceps/triceps" segment of S&H, which I did today. :) I believe you were talking about doing slow counts on the negative movement vs the positive. You mentioned how you might incorporate this slow count on the negative movement in another S&H series. So? is one coming??? :)

I'd love to see another S&H series! I'm loving this type of strength workout.

RE: Cathe: You said there are many ways to train

I was wondering the same thing. Then, it occured to me, that I could do it with the exisitng tapes. I am going to try this on my nex tS & H rotation. Melissa

I often change the reps on S&H: three down/5 up, 5 down/3 up, 4 down/4 up (the last on shoulders). The nice, slow speed makes it easy to do.

Gosh, lol, I hate that I'm so by-the-book about everything! lol I never even thought to deviate from her instruction. :p

I'll give that a try the next time I do S&H!
Thanks!

Beachgerrrl (?) - Are you Beachgurl (Mel) from BeachBody? Just wondering! I frequent Traci's thread over there, if you are. :)
Blessings, Sara :)
