Cathe, you have an 84 year old fan!

Cathe,
I am a hospitalist and while walking in to see one of my patients in their hospital room I noticed you were on Fit TV and one of the slow and heavy workouts were on. I checked the chart to make sure I was in the right room as my patient was 84. I asked what are you watching?? She said "exercise, Cathe is on." Huh?? Then she asked if her condition was going to affect her exercising!! I was floored, how awsome. I proudly announed "when you are well, you can exercise all you like, just take it easy now!" I thought you'd enjoy that. You are an inspiration to so many!!

Hi Db5! Wow, that is great. She was actually tuned in and getting into it. If you see her again, please tell her that I wish her the best and hope that she gets better soon too. She sounds like a very upbeat and positive person. 84 is only a number

And what I love even more is that when DB5 tells that 84-y.o. patient what Cathe said, she will absolutely SOAR and feel even better! That's why we all come here, because not only do we love what Cathe does, but having the opportunity to get input from her is the best there is! Thanks Cathe!
