Hi everybody!! Hope everyone had a good week, I stayed the same, but then I'm due to start TTOM, and brownie heaven struck with the pms. On a bright note, I did get in a few workouts this week. I did the Firm's Lay Down and Workout tape twice, and I did free weights on my own for the upper body, and I also did Karen Voight's Firm Arms and Abs tape (I really didn't care for it at all, but I really liked the abs part). I am hoping that maybe one day this week I can get back into cardio. Some days I think my ankle is doing great and it will be no time at all before I'm doing cardio and then other days it is very sore still. So, my focus for this week is to get in two upper body workouts and two lower body floor workouts, and if later in teh week things are healing just fine, throw in a low impact cardio and maybe some standing legwork!

Hey KIM!!! I'm here girl.. i stayed on program all wk AND worked out every day so far and i'll be damned if i diddn't have a 2 lb gain this morning.. !! Is that not sick? Oh well.. i feel alot better than i did this time last wk physically &
psychologically !! So the heck with the scale for this wk.. one day i'll see the loss i want. I will write

Hi, I did not have a good week. However, I just stayed the same so I am still .6 from goal. One accomplishment is Thursday was my 6 month anniversary on WW and I never have had a gain. The talk was eating more fruits and veggies, and yesterday I really concentrated on that, and today I am up .5. I think it is all the bulk, but I will say, I was less hungry, so given time it will work.

This week I am trying to stay on plan and get to goal. This is week two in my endurance workout, so Thursday was bootcamp(really starting to like that one), Friday masters swimming, Saturday rest, Sunday muscle endurance and swim, Monday swim and a CIA cardio, Tuesday cardio and weights, Wednesday swim and Imax1. I also walk the dog everyday but Saturday first thing in the morning. Lately I have been doing walk/run to try and get ready for a mini tri in August. Some where I need to start biking also.

:D Wow, I am really pumped to today! The scales read I lost 3 lbs! Maybe it's because my monthly ended and all of that Cathe muscle! I have been drinking more water to replace the numerous diet sodas I used to have;-). For at least 2 months I was maintaining and not losing anything, so don't give up! :)
 
Good Morning All!!

Just wanted to share with you--last week, if you remember, I decided to concentrate on the Terminator DVD. Well, all that hard work paid off because I had a 2 pound loss this morning!! I'm so happy because I had more than a couple of days this week where I was over my points!! So if you have the Terminator DVD and the time (and the tolerance for pain LOL) then give it a shot!!

Dorothy--I just wanted to congratulate you on 6 months without a gain!! That is a huge accomplishment. I definitely can't say the same for me--it's down one week, up the next.

Hi everybody, I just wanted to say congratulations to everyone who maintained or lost. I stayed the same because I was over my points just about everyday, however I did stay on my rotation and exercised everyday except Wednesday. Hopefully this week I am going to concentrate on staying within my point range.

Hi ladies! May I join your check-in? I am a member of WW on-line. I have lost 23 pounds with WW on-line and met my goal weight. Since spring break, I have had difficulty eating healthy. I love to exercise - can you believe that? - but eating healthy on a consistent basis takes a lot of work for me. Also, I am a special education teacher and this time of year is very stressful with paperwork and meetings. As a special education teacher I actually have more paperwork and spend more hours in meetings than when I worked in an office full time! I do two things when I stress - exercise AND eat - and not the right foods either! The exercise has helped me pretty much maintain, buy I think that I have gained a few pounds. I no longer weigh every week as I was getting obsessed! I would like to be accountable to you guys and really get back to eating healthy. I will weigh again in two weeks. I hope everyone has a great and successful week!
