Hello, Cathe!

I am so in love with the "Terminator" and the "Hard Core Extreme" DVDs...just curious if you think you will be doing a compilation DVD of the new workouts? I have my Visa ready...heehee!

PS...I am sorry I missed your chat the other day...looked like a fun time was had by all! The BIG BEAN, Broccoli and Tomato Salad you mention...is that from a chain or did you make it yourself? If you made it yourself, what is in it? Sounds yummy! :9

Hi Denise! Actually I had the salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays (do you have one of those where you are?). There were wonderfully fresh beans of all kinds (without any kind of dressing, yippee) and other "clean" veggies. I was in heaven :9

So happy that you read my post! ;-) Yes, we do have a Ruby Tuesday's here, I will have to stop and check out the salad bar. Your description just sounded really good together. Sometimes, I get into a rut with my diet...which ultimately spells disaster due to lack of variety. And I usually go hunt down a bag of Peanut M&Ms...hmmm. I really need to find a good way to develop my variety for myself, but it is usually a result of convenience. (Which I know you know a thing or 2 about!)

PS I can't tell you how wonderful it has been for me to go to bed actually "looking forward" to getting up at 4am to work out with you. I have always worked out with you, but reading all about the process of the upcoming series has really motivated me more than usual. I recently started to do the SLOW & HEAVY series...wow...what a difference.
