Cathe- What's too much cardio?

Hi Cathe, just wanted to say that all of your crew looks great!!! You really do look incredibly toned and fit and muscular I could go on and on. With you teaching classes and having to do your own workouts how do you keep from doing too much cardio? I mean I know I've heard it said that you don't want to do to much or you will take away from the muscle building, but does to much vary from person to person? Or is there a standard of when enough is enough?
