Do you think Cedie would be gracious, and post how she lost her weight?

Going through old videos and seeing some of the new ones she has really got into shape. Great job Mercedes.

She looks great after the baby, too.

...looks GREAT!!! Thanks for posting the picture! It will be so nice to "work out" with Cedie again! How do you and your crew train for the videos? (if I may ask) Any special diet?

I must see it. She has made such wonderful progress that she has become an inspiration to me. I happen to have the exact same body type/form/shape.

If I could hang out with Cathe, I'd do whatever she does!!!! Learn from the master, and don't reinvent the wheel!! I'll bet that's what Cedie did.
