Cathe wallpaper motivator

I've been using Cathe pics as my motivator. I pick a pic from the workout I am going to do the next day and make it my wallpaper since I am on the computer so much. It makes me look forward to the workout more. I change these every day, depending on the workout.

i saved some pics myself and put a different one up every few weeks. just seeing her work makes me want to go. i also cut out some pics from magazines and made a collage that i put in my binder so everytime i schedule a workout, i can see the strength and focus i am looking for.
