Cathe Step

Hi, Everyone,
I'm so excited,I got a Cathe step today.It came with a video, It's
Cathe's All Step.I know it's probably an older one,but i can't wait to try it.I haven't been able to exercise since Friday.I have been painting & cleaning out flower garden's.I much rather be doing Cathe Video's. I'm envious of all of you on here.You guy's know so much about Cathe & her video's.I'm still a newbie.I'm learning though. After 4 week's of doing S&H and Power Hour i can tell the difference. My muscle's feel much tighter. I LOVE IT! I'm addicted to Cathe's Website. She is Amazing! Do you think all of Cathe's Workout's are going to be on DVD? I have my workout room set up in the basement,It's Great but i only have a VCR.I'm thinking of ordering the mini step & another video.I want all of Cath'e video's but i can't afford that right now.Thank's for listening!

I'm jealous, I still don't have the right step x( and I can't wait to get one, mine is very to short compared to the Health Club Step, but it'll do for now. It will be for sure on my Birthday Wishlist, but I still got a couple more months to go.

Good afternoon Veda. You will continue to be amazed at the changes in your body as you do more Cathe workouts. I do believe all her new workouts will be on DVD. You will be saving your pennies like the rest of us so you can order more Cathe. The Intensity series is wonderful. Enjoy!! Renee

Hi Veda and welcome - For the longest time I only had a VCR in my workout room in my basement. Then you start reading the posts about how awesome the premixes are. I broke down and bought a good DVD player (some of the cheap ones don't play the premixes) and I am so glad I did. Now I have both a VCR and a DVD player in my basement so I can play both. The premixes offer so many options! Ask for a DVD player for Christmas and the Intensity Series DVDs, oh and the Body Blast DVD's and.........

All Step may take a few times to learn the steps but it is so much fun. Congrats on your new purchase-you won't regret it!
