Hi Cathe! I had a quick comment about rotations. I know everyone is different, but do you think doing a certain set of tapes for a 4-6 week period, ie. PH/ME and the changing to something like Pure Strength for 4-6 weeks or more effective or less effective than alternating btwn the two types of training each week. I know about muscle confusion, but just how confused do we want to get our more muscles??
