Cathe - question re: weights tapes

Cathe:

I am relatively new to your videos - but have been exercising for years. I am really loving your tapes! I am trying to get down to my goal weight of 130 pounds. I weighed 146 on Monday. I am getting a DVD player in the next week, and I am eager to purchase some of your DVDs.. (OK - sorry for the longwinded background.)

Question... I do see a lot of muscle definition easily with 8-10 lb. weights. I am planning to order CM/CK, and I already have the CTX series and PH in VHS. I don't want to add really any more mass - just budge fat - which weight DVD do you recommend for me (esp. with the weight loss goal in mind) PS or the S&H series? Or - do you recommend I just stick with the weights tapes that I already have? I hope this makes sense! :)
Any suggestions are helpful!

I am not Cathe, but I would suggest the Powr Hour+ DVD and tehn just sell your PH tape on ebay or the fitprime forum. With the PH DVD, you get PH, which if you've done, you know that it is a great endurance workout as well as being a bit cardiovascular. You also get MIS which is 75 minutes of muscle conditioning. This workout is great and always makes me feel lean, not bulky. And the best one of all: Body Max. If you are looking to lose some excess padding, then this is the workout for you. You will literally sweat for 90 minutes. The step section is really fun, and it just keeps going with super intense leg/step circuits, and then a total upperbody endurance workout. I love it! Have fun!

Thanks! I've not considered that option, but it's a good idea! I love PH - and have heard lots of "wonderful" stories about Body Max :).

The pure strength series is also excellent, and with a DVD player it is very versatile. Slow and Heavy is supposed build mass, which you don't want. I would get all of them for the variety, however, as that is always the best way to go! :)
