I am relatively new to your videos - but have been exercising for years. I am really loving your tapes! I am trying to get down to my goal weight of 130 pounds. I weighed 146 on Monday. I am getting a DVD player in the next week, and I am eager to purchase some of your DVDs.. (OK - sorry for the longwinded background.)
Question... I do see a lot of muscle definition easily with 8-10 lb. weights. I am planning to order CM/CK, and I already have the CTX series and PH in VHS. I don't want to add really any more mass - just budge fat - which weight DVD do you recommend for me (esp. with the weight loss goal in mind) PS or the S&H series? Or - do you recommend I just stick with the weights tapes that I already have? I hope this makes sense!
