CATHE QUESTIN FOR ROTATION

I just started an 8 week rotation this being my first week and love the idea of my rotations I know what tape I will be doing and it keeps me motivated as well and also I can get to know your work outs well, besides the work outs being fun and intense.

After my eight weeks I want to try body blast, I only have the first to dvd's which are some great work outs. I was thinking of doing the 2 dvd's from body blast and add in the pyramids on the other days, any suggestions ?.

I was even thinking of an all step rotation or all weight rotation, any feed back would be wonderful. Lots of questions I know, oh well I have 7 weeks to think about the next rotation. I guess I just wanted to share some thoughts and ideas.

I guess I could have said I am doing a ctx rotation for 8 weeks. I am just trying to think a head what will be next. I am thinking body blast, but I don't have the super sets yet, but maybe I can think of other tapes to fit in, or just order just order it, LOL. Have a great day!!.

Off to do power circuit, yea!!!!:)

Hi Debbie! I'm glad your having fun w/your CTX rotation. Its just one of the best ones! I wouls use the cardio KPC & Step Blast from the body blast series & put in the weight segments of PUB & PLB for your next 8 week rotation. This would be perfect! Enjoy! Kathy:D
 
Kathy have you tried a body blast rotation?. I have the first 2 dvd's but thinking of getting the super sets, but hold off on the time saver dvd.

So you think the body blast dvd's with pyramids would be good together?, have you tried it.

I need another good rotation and love the first 2 body blast dvd's, but I am having so much fun with the ctx wooo---hooo, and Thanks.
