Cathe,
Thanks for your reply to my previous email about your workouts. I love your DVDs!!
You mentioned you have 2 toddlers. I have 4 children, between the ages of 7 months and 12 years (I am a young mom though!!). My husband has been in Baghdad for almost a year and so gave birth to my son without him. This was very difficult. Your workouts have helped me to get back in shape.
I previously was a long distance runner, but had to give that up when I became victim to female Athlete triad. I did not get my period for a couple of years and was trying to have more kids. (this was about 6 years ago). I had to stop working out for awhile and gain weight and through the help of Chlomid eventually became pregnant with Genevieve (3 yrs old). After Genna I didn't want to lose too much weight but wanted to work out and did so sensibly and got my period back when she was 18 mos. old and got pregnant almost right away. I am still nursing Blaise, (7 months). I am 5'3" and weigh about110-112 pounds. I am in good shape and exercise 6 days a week and have just started your intensity series. I want to be an above average exerciser/body/in- shape, but want to get my period and have the ability to have more children if we want to. Since I am still nursing I am not concerned that i haven't started menstruating yet, but I was wondering, if you !
menstruate or have any problems in this area, since you exercise intensely and have no body fat. I want to eat right and exercise right, but still function properly and am looking to see what your situation is and how things went when you conceived. Did you have any difficulty and how can I stay healthy, yet super fit? Does this make sense? I would really appreciate any advice and personal experience you can share.
Thanks so much,
Mary
