I am really confused about weight workouts. I have been reading posts about muscular endurance workouts vs. slow and heavy. I have ME and really love it. But am I not really building muscle? I feel fatigued when I do this one and I feel I am getting stronger. I don't really want to bulk up from lifting too heavy What's the difference between these types of workouts and what category do the pyramids fall? Set me straight please, cause I ain't gettin it. :+
