Cathe, One body part per day?

Hi Cathe,

I hope everything is going well with your pregnancy and family.

I am doing a modified ctx/walking rotation and loving it. I am enjoying one body part per day. I have most of your strength tapes, except s&H. Can I use MIS for one body part per day? I am consistant w/ one body part per day and I am trying to think how I can shake things up while sticking with one BPPD when this rotation ends.

Does this paragraph make sense? I hope you know what I mean.

In CTX and PS an upper body part takes about 10-12 minutes. In MIS one uppper takes about 8 minutes. It seems like she does one set fewer in this tape (generally). Still I find MIS to be a nice little workout.

I think that it would be ok to do one body part per day with MIS, especially if you haven't been weight training for years and years. Be sure to use weight that is heavy enough to challenge you, keep your form strict, and really think about contracting your muscles. And if you can, I'd throw in one more set of my own after Cathe is done. Just for good measure.
