Cathe on the BOSU??

Does anyone do their Cathe workouts using the BOSU? If so, which ones? Which workouts do you recommend trying with the BOSU??

I wouldn't recommend doing Cathe on the Bosu (unless she comes out with a specific Bosu workout). Her moves are very fast for the Bosu. What works best on the Bosu, besides Bosu-specific workouts, are workouts with a slower speed and with very simple up-up/down-down type choreo, like some Firm workkouts or some early Kathy Smith step workouts.

You could do some of the moves from Leaner Legs incorporating the Bosu for an added balanch challenge (using lighter dumbells).
 
Yeah, the only Cathe workouts I can think of that would work on the bosu are ab exercises, if you want to substitute the stability ball w/the bosu. Probably some of the exercises in the first section of Core Max could be done on a bosu.
 
I've done the cardio portions of HSTA on the Bosu, and this is a BLAST. This morning, I also did the genie arms move on Legs & Glutes using the Bosu, and it added a NICE extra challenge here. You could also certainly do any ab work, especially any crunches on a stability ball, on the Bosu. I actually find that crunches on the Bosu are more challenging for me than on the stability ball, for some reason.
