Cathe On Fit TV

Hi All, I live in Ct and it is snowing like crazy. I just put the TV on and put Fit TV on. I almost fell off the sofa there was our Cathe doing chest,back and core. I think it was from the intensity series DVD. I was so happy to see her because she is the best and more people should know about her. So anyone with Cablevision check her out. I don't know when she will be on again but I will keep looking.
Usually the workout shows are kind of lame it was GREAT to see Cathe!!!!

that's how I found out about her...fit tv.....I love the boot camp workout- I wish there were more....I also wish she was on more- it's not every night x(

Hi, Are Cable company just switch to Fit TV. We had the Health network which was kind of the same . Her show I think was called Peak Performance. I will keep looking for it.

My cable company (TimeWarner) switched to FitTv but didnt change the name of it in the listings. It's still called AHN (American Health Network I think) on the guide. You might get that station and not know it.

I have Time Warner cable too and FitTV is on the Health Network. I have seen Cathe several times on TV but I can't tell yet, are the shows her previous videos or is it new stuff?

p.s. I know she said something about a filming studio in her new gym.
