Thanks so much for posting this recommendation Jess!! :D MFP is simple to use and I agree that it's much better than FitDay. I NEVER used these online diet & exercise journals until I started reading these boards, but I have to admit that I find them very useful for keeping me on track..... just what I need!! :eek: ;)

You're welcome! It is very user friendly and it makes it really easy to keep track. I'm a bit OCD so I like to track my food, so it works for me. :) Glad others are enjoying it also!
