Hi Cathe, I've been doing your step and KPC videos for three months now. I've also encorporated your total body sculpt video. How can I target the outter thigh to get a more trim defined look? I'm still not happy with how it looks in a bathing suit.
I have 5, 10, 15 pound dumb bells. Should I be working this area harder with heavier weights?
PS, I try to watch what I eat. Thanks.
