Just wanted to send a quick hello and tell you it was great meeting you in your class today. I was so excited to finally see you in person. The rumors are true....you are sooooo nice and down to earth. Your gym is amazing and I even enjoyed a nice sushi lunch next door....couldn't ask for a better day.

I will be back sometime again and good luck with all the practices and filming

Were you as surprised as I was when I first met Cathe at her gym, how unassuming and non-celebrity-ish she is?? My first though was, this can't be the same kick butt instructor we see on film...and then the class started, and then I soon realized, through all the panting and gasping, yep, same gal....;-)

I want to get back up there sometime in March if I can.

I WAS just as surprised... YES. She is just the sweetest and I can't wait to get up there again. She actually apologized for not being as peppy as she could have been from all her practices. I was WIPED after her class. More "Pep" might have killed me...haha..
I WISH I could get there all the time.

Cathe at half-pep is still pretty darn good!!! Funny you should mention the Sushi place where you went for lunch, I'm going to assume it's the one in the mall where Cathe's gym is?? I always thought about trying it, maybe I will after hearing a good review!
