Hi Cathe,
I would love a "series" where you do "sequential" workouts in a row. It could be "named" similarly so people know it's part of a series:
Week 1 - Heavier Upper body (could have barbell/dumbbells)
Week 2 - Heavier Lower body (could have barbell/dumbbells)
Week 3 - Heavier Total Body (another push/pull with barbell/dumbbells)
Week 4 - Heavier Circuit or Bootcamp (similar to the one that had music issues, I LOVE that one!)
Week 5 - Low Impact HIIT (need more selection of these in Cathe Live please )
This would be like getting a new workout set (without dvds) for those of us who don't do barre type workouts and will be missing out on your next releases. Thank you for your consideration!
