Cathe Live issue-anyone else?

Lately I have had an issue while playing pre-recorded Live workouts. During the workout, the Cathe Live banner will appear on the screen and I can no longer view the workout even though I can hear it. I have to stop the workout then hit play again. Sometimes this will correct the problem, other times it happens repeatedly. It has happened more times than not since reactivating my account for August. I play the workouts in high quality if that makes a difference. Anyone else with this issue? Any recommendations to get the issue solved?

I would suggest testing the low quality version to see if you have the same problem. I would also suggest doing a speed test on a site like speedtest.net and let us know what the result is. You may also want to try clearing your browsers cache.
