cathe, less complicated step moves?

Hi Cathe, I am not familar with all your workouts, but the ones i have tried.. cardio and wts and like cardio blast. the moves are so hard for me to do. do u have different cardio dvd;s with less complicated moves in it? i love workingout with your strength training dvd's and such, but as i age (39) i am finding i don't like cardio as much as i did. i like the wts alot more now. also can you recommend how often i need cardio. are any of your dvd's while workingout with wts. has a cardio affect. like killing 2 birds with one stone:)? thanks Brenda
 
Hi Brenda! I have the basic step workout which has a 30 minute basic step routine. This DVD also includes a 45 minute step and weights workout which is a little more advanced then the basic step workout (to graduate up to). In addition you will get 3 strength training workouts along with it. If you are interested here is a link to the description of the workouts.

You should do cardio a minimum of three times a week for 20 minutes, and gradually work your way up to 60 minutes minutes, per session.

We also have a wide variety of fast paced weight workouts that supply a cardio effect along with the weights. Boot Camp is one, High Step Training Advanced is another. Thank you so much! I love workingout to your dvd's and now i am sure i will look forward to the cardio also.
