This is my favorite of your lower body workouts. I was sore for 3 days after doing this and I rarely get sore from lower body workouts when I'm in shape. It was so different from your usual and so nice to use few dumbells and no barbell. Also nice to workout for only 51 minutes. I only wish you'd made an upper body tape to go with it.
 
I hear you on the upper body tape!. We should request one. I have CTX Upper Body, but I'd love to have another upper body tape by Cathe.

How can you not get sore after lower body workouts?
Cathe slays me every time.
I keep wondering about how people used to post that they find S&H Legs easy and need more pre-exhaust sets and how they positively love LL...OMG!!! Strong women!!!
I love PLB but it really gets me and can't live through LL. My fav is S&H Legs.
I die whenever there's hover squats or low ends and endurance work.
 
Hi Mandy! Great to hear this. Actually you keyed into all of the things I was hoping to capture with this workout: minimal equipment, new and different exercises, and get into those muscles all under an hour. Thanks for the feedback:)
