Cathe kicked my butt!!

Well last night I decided to workout at home instead of going to the gym (mainly because it is that T.O.M. and I didn't want to worry about wearing something that looked decent and if I got tired I could stop anytime I wanted). So I pulled out my Cathe "Circuit Max" and man did it kick my butt. But I loved it!!! I think I'm going to do either Power Hour or M.I.S. tonight.

Yeah, I do Circuit max once per week as my tough cardio day, with weighted leg work where Cathe does compound moves. My legs always feel it the next day, but I get such a buzz from finishing this workout. The fifth cardio is the toughest for me, but I love the moves on the 6th segment, and the music rocks for that one too, so I finish with a blast and a high!

Overall, an awesome workout. One of Cathe's best. If only she would re-chapter it on DVD!!!!!
