Is there any chance you'll make a Cardio Kicks sequel? I did this for the first time this morning and just loved it! I know I'll do this one over and over and I have many of your step tapes. Have you thought about making a 2nd version at all? Just wondering... ;-) Susan

Yes, I have thought of it and it is not ruled out but it just didn't make "the cut", (so to say ) for the decision on this round of videos. What I did instead was put some of the intense kickbox moves in the boot camp tape. I think you will like it. Take Care!

I agree! I Have to say that I LOVE the kickbox sections from CTX's Power Circuit and Circuit Max where Cathe uses the step. I love the kick away from the board, kick over the board thing! But like I have said before, Cathe could make a video of her and Rhonda playing dodge ball and I would buy it! I think it was Annette who named it Dodge Max. Too funny!
