Hi everyone, this is my first post. Usually I just read the posts but I felt compelled to voice my opinion. I just finished reading a post by LauraK in the Open Discussion Forum about her meeting with Cathe. I was soooo impressed...Cathe has got to be the most perfect person on earth. She is such a genuine person and really cares. Cathe is a Godsend to me and wanting to get fit. I hope she knows how special she is....Thank you Cathe
