Cathe, Is Flowing (Vinyasa) Yoga ok for Nov 07' Rotatio...

Hi Cathe,
I've been thinking of ways to destress and decided to try some yoga for stress relief dvds. I figure this may prevent me from emotional eating. So then I began your Nov 07 rotation and saw that you include a stretch/yoga day so I began looking into more yoga styles. Well, I'm still learning about yoga (I know very little)but what I am finding is that I like more of the faster, more flowing style; I think they call it Vinyasa or Ashtanga(power yoga). So I was wondering if I do this style is ok to do during this rotation and just in general how often could I do it. I'm enjoying the fact that you have a day dedicated to it during this rotation but how can I work it in in the future? That is if this style won't interfere with my weight work, which I love. Or, do you recommend a different style when doing it along with weight training? Thanks.

Bumping. Does anyone know anything about yoga that could help me with this question? I would really like more info before doing it again next week.
